The Big Bad Woof Return Policy

  • Food & treats are returnable for any reason for a 100% refund or exchange.
    • Food & Treat Returns MUST have the UPC from the original bag returned with the item for us to honour the return. If you use a food container to store them, please keep the bag or the UPC from the bag, especially if you are trying out a new food.
  • We will give a full refund for merchandise returned with a receipt, in salable condition and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
  • A store credit will be issued if merchandise is returned without a receipt, in salable condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Merchandise without a receipt in non-salable condition or without its original packaging will gladly be accepted as a donation to a local shelter.
  • Defective merchandise will be given a full refund or exchange if accompanied by a receipt, otherwise, a store credit will be issued.

Please review the following brands we carry which may have an extended return policy form their companies ~ you as a customer may need to follow their instructions to return the item, if they want it sent back directly to them and not returned to the store.

  • goDog toys made with Chew Guard Technology may be eligible for a one-time replacement is they become damaged or destroyed within 30 days of purchase - must submit a claim and proof of purchase
  • Lupine Eco-Friendly Collars are guaranteed, even if chewed!
  • Kurgo Pet Products are covered against workmanship defects, and they do offer a Repair or Replacement Service.
  • Mountain Dog Leashes ~ Eat An Old Leash, Get A New Leash FREE OF CHARGE! Just bring it into the store and we will exchange it for you!
  • West Paw Design is proud to offer a guarantee on all of their Zogoflex toys and hand-sewn bedding.

Pet Professional & First Responders

We offer special discounts for pet care professionals, pet rescue professionals, police and fire professionals. Please inquire at the store and show proof of employment to qualify for these discounts. It is our way of saying thank you for your service!

Woof Policy on Non-Profit Discounts

The Big Bad Woof is committed to supporting local rescue organizations and non-profit groups associated with animal rescue. As such, we will extend special pricing and discounts to help support your important work.

Please provide us with a tax exempt certificate and we will gladly set up discounts for your organization.

In appreciation of all of our Partner Woof Pantry businesses and their incredible staff, we offer a special discount to say we see you, and we apprciate you for helping us deliver goods to your neighborhoods free of charge for our customers.
