Woof Pantries for Free Deliveries

A Woof Pantry is a collaboration between The Big Bad Woof and select neighborhood businesses to drop off deliveries of pet food, litter and supplies. Delivery is free to your local “Woof Pantry” for in-store pickup.

How does it work?

It’s easy, you simply shop online, choose "local delivery" as your delivery method, then select your local woof pantry on the address page during checkout! You may have to scroll to locate the closest one in your neighborhood.

We also deliver frozen diets, so you can rest assured that your order will be held in a cool spot just for you!

Please Note: Only the Petite Pet Gallery, District Vet @ Eastern Market, Atlas Doghouse & District Dogs have freezers on site for frozen deliveries. Frozen deliveries going to all other local woof pantries must be picked up same day.

We understand many people shop with some of the big online retailers because of the free delivery, but there are several reasons why even a marginal cost to deliver your goods from a small retail business goes a long way to helping your community thrive.

Big Box online retailers are not able to offer personal service and nutrition help to you in choosing the best for your pet.

Big Box online retailers MAY sell your information which we do not ever do. We use your information to track purchases and give you rewards.

At The Big Bad Woof, we offer a Loyalty rewards program which we track both in-store and online, earning you free gift cards for every one of your purchases. Further, Wednesdays are double points days so you earn 2 points for every dollar you spend.

Friends Don't Let Friends Shop at Big-Box Stores

Big Box online retailers do not and cannot offer frequent buyer programs. Many of our manufacturers offer a Frequent Buyer program on all or some of their goods, so not only are you earning Loyalty Rewards, but every one of your purchases could be earning you free food or treats!

Big box retailers do not deliver or ship raw diets. We do, and are happy to work with customers to get the right diets for their companion animals.

As compared to Big Box stores who are outside of our communities, $0.80 of every dollar spent at an independent retailer stays in the community, providing local jobs and tax revenue.
