Born from the mind of owner Julie Paez after one of her dogs destroyed yet another set of shoes, she decided to shift her focus from Frankenshoes to Frankentoys using all the parts of various dog toys from around the house, and that's how Frankentoy began!
Now every year The Big Bad Woof holds its annual Frankentoy contest to see who's the craftiest in all the land! Use whatever materials you have - the only thing necessary is imagination. Use thread and glue, toys and socks, and anything else you want.
This year you can win a $25 gift card if your Frankentoy is chosen as the winner! Just post your creation on social media, tag The Big Bad Woof in your post, and use the hash tag #Frankentoy. It's that easy!
Bring your Frankentoy with you when you come to the store to claim your prize, and we'll put it on display as the winner.
